Job Description We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team in East Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to start or continue a career in recruiting and staffing. Previous staffing experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with strong customer-facing experience in industries such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, or other service-oriented environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Match candidates with job opportunities based on qualifications, availability, and overall fit.
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
Maintain accurate candidate records within company systems.
Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, and clients.
Support branch recruiting efforts and hiring goals.
Qualifications:
RequiredBilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred 2-3 years of customer-facing experience.
Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or similar fast-paced industries.
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software is a plus.
Location:
Position is based in East Houston, TX (77029).Candidates located within approximately 15 miles of the office are preferred.
