About the role

Wellington Management is seeking motivated undergraduate students for its 2027 Business Undergraduate Summer Internship Program in Boston. This 10-week paid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the investment management industry. Interns will work full-time (40 hours/week) at our Boston headquarters, with four days in the office and one remote workday, and may receive a housing stipend.
