About the role
Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. is seeking a Senior SoC Modeling Engineer to build and maintain complex functional models of custom chips used in AWS ML servers. You will design, implement, test, and optimize C++/SystemC models, collaborating with architecture, RTL, and software teams.
You'll drive tooling, performance, and reliability while delivering scalable modeling infrastructure for internal customers across AWS. Hybrid work with CA/Austin may apply.
