Built on 10,000 real won and lost recruitment processes, Millee’s data shows users what creates success or causes failure in their searches. It measures what works and gets better every day. The job: Own deals end to end. Discovery, demo, pilot, closing. Build champions from the bottom up at 50+ person agencies through cold outbound, conferencing, and creative networking. Run a formulaic discovery process, tying dollars to specific pains, creating strong business cases using first principles thinking. Run structured pilots with clear metrics identified through discovery. Close deals - average deal size ranges from $50 - 750kWhat we are looking for: Mongo, snowflake, or early stage AE sales experience. Hunter profile, still in the weeds on deals vs overseeing. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
