About the role

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative II to support billing inquiries and guide members to proper care. You will handle a high volume of calls, translate medical terminology, and resolve issues with empathy. Training is mandatory, followed by a full-time 40-hour week with 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET. Overtime may be required; a starting pay of $20.00+ per hour is offered, with potential bonuses based on performance.
