About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, brand activations, live events, and integrated productions. This person will manage projects from initial planning through onsite execution while working closely with clients, creative teams, vendors, and production partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead experiential projects from concept through execution Manage project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and key deliverables Serve as a primary client contact throughout the production process Manage vendors, venues, fabricators, and production partners Coordinate event logistics, including permitting, catering, staffing, transportation, and onsite operations Oversee production elements such as AV, lighting, staging, and fabrication Manage talent and VIP logistics when applicable Lead onsite execution and troubleshoot production challenges Travel domestically and internationally as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experiential or event production experience Experiential marketing agency or brand experience agency experience required Experience managing projects from planning through onsite execution Strong experience with budgets, timelines, vendors, and client relationships Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Knowledge of live event production, AV, staging, fabrication, and venue logistics Experience within fashion, luxury, entertainment, hospitality, media, music, or cultural brands is a plus Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when required for events
