About the role
- This position is responsible for supporting the governance, maintenance, and integrity of supplier master data in Workday.
- The role includes supplier onboarding and maintenance, review and validation of supplier documentation, IRS TIN matching, tax reporting support, and customer service activities related to supplier records.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant supplier data.
- Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Accounting, Data Management, Data entry, data quality, MS Excel,2+ years of experience in financial services, supplier management, accounts payable, procurement operations, master data management, or related business functions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience reviewing and validating business documentation, including W-9 forms, banking documentation, and supplier onboarding records
- Experience using ERP systems; Workday experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
