About the role

Job TitleRequired Skills & Qualifications5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in financial services.Direct experience working in sell-side front-office (FO) technology environments.Strong experience managing projects in an Agile environment.Advanced proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and reporting.Strong understanding of derivative trading flows (front to back) OR a strong technical background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.Solid understanding of the full SDLC and technology operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage stakeholders and expectations in a high-pressure environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing front-office trading system implementations or enhancements.Background in derivatives, capital markets, or investment banking technology.Experience working closely with global teams and stakeholders.
