About the role

Sonoco Akron, IN adhesives plant is hiring a Production Worker to operate and maintain production equipment, participate in quality checks, and package finished goods. The role requires readiness for overtime and teamwork to meet production targets. You should have at least 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse, be able to lift 50 lbs, hold forklift certification, and read manufacturing instructions. Reliability, initiative and teamwork are highly valued.
