About Us:
We are a New York-based architecture firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings, mixed-use developments, and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on a highly collaborative environment and are looking for an enthusiastic, organized Intermediate Architect to join our team.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and design team. You will support projects through technical drafting, architectural detailing, documentation, and project coordination under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with architectural drafting and detailing. Produce and coordinate comprehensive project documentation. Develop complete, accurate construction drawing sets. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in multi-family, high-end residential, or mixed-use projects (NYC experience preferred).Expert proficiency in Revit and strong architectural drafting capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
