Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Pay: $130,000 to $140,000 per year Lead the manufacturing engineering team at a growing precision aerospace manufacturer and shape how world-class parts get made. Must-Haves 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Leadership or supervisory experience Aerospace or precision manufacturing background Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Associate's considered with relevant experience) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers Improve manufacturing methods, workflows, and production processes Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) Estimate production times, labor, equipment needs, and manufacturing costs Create CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation using CATIA V5 or similar software Establish manufacturing tolerances and process documentation Support production and subcontractors with engineering solutions Align engineering priorities with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Production Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality Nice-to-Haves CATIA V5 experience Lean and Kaizen implementation experience Epicor ERP experience Strong CAD and technical documentation skills
