Job Title: Director Human Resources – Life Science Fluidics & Shared Operations
Reporting To: VP Human Resources – IDEX Health & Science
Location: Middleboro, MA

Role Scope: The HR Director will oversee all human resources functions for the 4 Fluidics sites in the US and the site in Japan, aligning HR strategies with company goals. They will lead the global HR team of 6 and support business needs, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and compliance. The role reports to the Vice President HR, IH&S, and is a member of the IH&S Operations Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Support organizational design and process improvements. Partner with senior leadership to achieve business results. Coach and develop HR team members. Manage compensation, employee relations, and compliance issues. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs. Ensure legal compliance with employment regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles. Broad knowledge of employment law, compensation, and organizational planning. Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
