About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career with solid hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows networking. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting systems and infrastructure issues, and assisting in maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for end users across desktop, mobile, and cloud environments. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Share Point, One Drive, etc.).Assist with Azure AD administration, including user provisioning, role assignments, and security policies. Support and maintain Windows networking infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VPN, etc.).Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to senior IT staff as needed. Document solutions, IT procedures, and known issues to support a knowledge base. Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and access management. Support endpoint management including patching, imaging, and antivirus updates. Participate in IT projects, deployments, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin tools and end-user support. Experience working with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and conditional access policies. Solid understanding of Windows networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Service Now).Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Experience with Power Shell scripting or automation tools is a plus.
