- The focus is on positive interaction with our guests, safe operation of chairlift equipment and the safety of the guests while they are utilizing our lift system.
- Maintain lift ramp and snow removal. At times you may be required to physically lift/assist children and handicapped skiers onto chairlifts.
- Position requires maintaining radio coordination with several other mountain operations departments throughout the day.
- You will be required to assist with ticket validations throughout the day.
- Employees may work alone at times throughout the day for up to two hours.

- Shovel snow
- Physically lift/assist children and handicapped skiers onto chairlifts.
- Must have extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and events.

- Technical- None
- Physical Capabilities- Able to stand outside in all weather conditions and temperatures. Able to assist guests stand up with possibility of lifting 50+ pounds.
- Additional- Previous skiing or snowboarding experience is a plus but not required. Good communication skills required; guest service; team spirit attitude.
