Description:
If you are an Architect looking to have a greater impact on local communities, Tria is seeking a highly motivated Project Architect to join our Educational and Municipal design team. The right person must be able to work independently as well as part of a team on a variety of project types and sizes.
The Position Includes:
- The day-to-day coordination of projects through all aspects of Architectural Design from schematic design and space planning to construction documents and construction observation.- Responsible for specific technical design aspects including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.- Participation in client presentations.- Coordination with Engineering consultants and contractors as well as in-house teams.- As a mid-size firm everyone in our office is involved in all phases of a project.- Potential for growth within the firm.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of commercial Architectural experience - Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Architecture- Excellent communication skills- Ability to coordinate project development with in-house team and outside consultants- Ability to participate in design presentations to clients- Proficiency in Revit- Experience with Construction Documents and detailing of commercial masonry buildings- Ability to independently design and detail a project from Schematic Design through Construction Documents- Experience with public bid projects a plus- An eagerness to grow and expand your role
