About the role

About The Role: We are working with one of the world’s leading architecture and design practices to find a talented Graphic Designer to join its New York team. This is a full-time, in-person position offering the opportunity to contribute to the visual output of an internationally recognized studio across a wide range of brand, marketing, and project-led initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visually driven and collaborative designer with a strong appreciation for architecture and the built environment. Working as part of the wider marketing and content team, you will develop polished and consistent creative materials across print and digital platforms, while working closely with architectural leaders and colleagues across multiple offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a graphic designer with AEC experience who is looking to develop their career within a highly creative and collaborative environment. Alongside a supportive, friendly environment, our client offers comprehensive healthcare, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and strong opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities: Create and refine visual materials across publications, exhibitions, presentations, digital platforms, social media, and other branded communications. Partner with design leaders and marketing colleagues to translate architectural concepts and project stories into compelling visual content. Establish a consistent visual approach for project assets produced at key stages, ensuring materials align with the studio’s wider brand identity. Support the development of proposals, award entries, brochures, and other business development and marketing collateral. Contribute creative concepts for campaigns and multimedia content in collaboration with internal video, content, and communications specialists.
Key Skills/Requirements: 2-7 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or another design-led industry. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent layout and visual storytelling skills. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience with photography, video, animation, illustration, Revit, Rhino, or generative AI tools is a plus. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
