Job Summary: Our Shopify independent store just launched - you will own its growth from 0 to 1. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive growth through innovative digital strategies. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content creation. Your expertise will help enhance our e-commerce platform's visibility, increase conversions, and deliver measurable results. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced digital environment while working with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
Duties: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to boost brand awareness and sales. Manage and optimize our Shopify store, including theme customization, app integrations, checkout flow, on-site SEO, and conversion rate optimization to ensure a seamless user experience. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Implement conversion rate optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior data and refining landing pages, calls-to-action, and overall site layout. Create compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, and digital ads using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and graphic design skills. Monitor web analytics reporting through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Manage paid advertising campaigns by setting up, testing, and optimizing ads on platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and campaign execution across all digital channels.
Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid search marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Proven hands-on Shopify experience (store setup and optimization). Skilled in content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for engaging visual assets. Familiarity with web analytics reporting to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Business Manager or similar platforms. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for continuous improvement of campaigns. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
