About the role

You’ll shape programs, strategies, and operational outcomes for 2,500 to 5,000 apartment units while guiding Regional Managers and ensuring financial performance and resident satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in property management with senior leadership experience, and strong budgeting, compliance, and people-management capabilities.
