About the role
RTX seeks a Program Supplier Quality Engineer to bridge supplier bases with internal stakeholders on critical DoD programs. Onsite in Tucson, AZ, you will lead quality requirements, drive improvements, and guide APQP activities across the supplier network.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality engineering, with experience in ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9145 and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Travel up to 25% may be needed.
