Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals passionate about sales and looking to launch or expand their career in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, and online research
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Conduct product and company presentations when necessary
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with high energy and motivation
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
