Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving new business across the wireless and telecom sectors, with a strong emphasis on T-Mobile relationships. Candidates with experience working in smaller organizations—who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments—are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business development activities within the wireless/telecom domain. Leverage active T-Mobile relationships to secure new opportunities and expand existing business. Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, OEMs, integrators, and enterprise clients. Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and sales strategies to meet customer needs. Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution. Analyze market trends and competitive insights to support strategic planning. Achieve sales KPIs, revenue goals, and contribute to long-term company growth. Travel across the USA as needed for client meetings, events, and business engagements. Required Skills & Experience: 5–10 years of wireless/telecom sales experience in the U.S. market. Mandatory: Active T-Mobile contacts and a proven history of securing projects from T-Mobile. Prior experience working with small companies; ability to operate with autonomy and agility. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Willingness and ability to travel within the USA.
