About the role

To support the financial needs of Ukrainian customers, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will prepare managerial financial reports, optimize costs, and develop financial systems while collaborating closely with startup founders and top management. Key responsibilities: Prepare managerial financial reports based on raw data Establish and manage the budgeting process to control and prevent cash gaps Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing costs and improving financial strategies Required qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting for fast-growing companies B2 English level proficiency Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Expertise in financial analysis, including knowledge of GAAP and unit economics Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment
