CIFC Health, a program of the Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc., seeks a full-time Financial Counselor / Healthcare Eligibility Specialist to help patients obtain healthcare coverage and financial assistance by determining eligibility for Access Health CT, HUSKY Health, and CIFC Health's Sliding Fee Discount Program. The role provides education, application assistance, and ongoing support; training will be provided to obtain Certified Application Counselor certification after hire.
