CWD is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative based in the Boston and surrounding areas. Why CWD?Do you enjoy working with horses? Our 6 week training program will help you gain knowledge related to saddle fitting, leather, horse biomechanics and sales.
Requirements:
  • What we are looking for...Prior successful field sales experience
  • Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
  • A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
  • Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter
Sales Representative Benefits:
  • You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential
  • You will also be provided with a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPadWe will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier, in addition to your base pay and commission
  • We offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and support 401(K) with 4% match
  • Sales Representative Salary:
  • Potential salary including base + commissions:
  • Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base + unlimited commission)
  • Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (including base + unlimited commission)
  • Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base + unlimited commission)
