Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products and services Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages with product recommendations and detailed information Assist the sales team by preparing quotations and managing customer inquiries Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery Foster strong customer relationships and proactively follow up on sales leads Process orders accurately and efficiently, including daily credit card payments Maintain organized and up-to-date customer and item records Record and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services Collaborate with warehouse and customer care teams to ensure order accuracy Perform additional tasks as needed to support company operations
