About the role
Overview
In this role, you will partner with regional leadership to shape and track strategic growth initiatives for the Automotive Components NAMEX area. You will drive governance over KPIs, prepare executive-level analyses and decision materials, and lead PMO activity for transformation programs. The position sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution. You will influence senior leaders and support acquisitions, integrations, and value-creation initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact how Henkel scales its adhesive technologies business across regions.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the head of Automotive Components NAMEX and leadership to develop and track regional growth plans Govern performance via KPIs, business reviews, and executive reporting Provide analytic insights across financial, commercial, customer, and market data to support decisions Create executive presentations and business cases for senior leadership Lead PMO activities for strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects Coordinate governance, planning processes, and internal communications Support M&A activities including due diligence, integration governance, and synergy tracking Drive continuous improvement of management processes and operating rhythms Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align priorities Lead special projects for growth, transformation, and value creation
Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred 5+ years in strategy, business management, consulting, PMO, finance, or related area Strong business and financial acumen with growth and profitability focus Proven track record leading cross-functional projects in a matrix setup Ability to think strategically and execute effectively Experience preparing analyses and recommendations for senior leadership Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management High ownership, learning agility, resilience, and ability to work independently Ambition to advance into broader leadership and strategy rolesexcellent communicationstakeholder managementrelationship-buildingstrategy developmentPMO governanceKPI governance
