Shift Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM8-Hour Day Shifts No Call No Rounding or Admissions Patient Population / Volume Adult and Geriatric Patients Approximately 15 Patients on Treatment Daily Approximately 2-5 Consults Per Week Approximately 5-10 Follow-Up Visits Per Week Overall Daily Volume Varies
Clinical Responsibilities: Provide Outpatient Radiation Oncology Coverage Perform Radiation Oncology Consultations Perform Simulations Provide Follow-Up Visits Manage Patients Receiving Radiation Therapy No Surgical Procedures Required Provider Will Work Independently
Requirements: Board Certified in Radiation Oncology - Required Washington Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification - Required Candidates Using IMLC Must Have Applied for Washington Licensure at Time of Pre-ApplicationBLS - Required Epic Experience - RequiredCOVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
Recent Clinical Activity Requirements: Must Provide a Case List of at Least 50 Patients From the Previous 24 Months Case List Must Be Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Privileges Requested Case List Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure, Date, and Facility Where Performed
