Wonolo is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join the Central Operations team in Boston. This hybrid role blends hands-on recruiting with day-to-day worker and customer operations, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and acting as a local point of contact for Wonoloers and clients. You will run interviews, craft job descriptions, support onboarding, monitor placement quality, and travel to customer sites as needed to build strong relationships and improve processes.
