Job Details Financial Analyst (Private Equity)
A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join its corporate team in downtown Fort Worth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel and analytical skills who is looking to build a long-term career within private equity.
This position works across Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Compensation to support data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and operational processes related to long-term incentive and equity programs. Prior equity compensation experience is not required—the team is looking for someone with exceptional analytical ability, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
What You'll Do Analyze and reconcile large datasets using Excel and other reporting tools
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance, HR, Payroll, and leadership
Identify discrepancies, research root causes, and improve data accuracy
Support cross-functional projects involving compensation, reporting, and operational processes
Help streamline workflows through automation, AI tools, and process improvements
Partner with multiple internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality
Contribute to process documentation, reporting improvements, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, MIS, or a related field
Approximately 2–5 years of professional experience in an analytical role
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting
Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, Workday, HRIS, or AI tools is a plus
