With our revenue growing 3x over the past 5 years, we are scaling rapidly and investing in more growth. We are looking for an inspiring, hands-on Production Manager to step in, own our operations in Lawrenceville, GA, and build a high-performing assembly organization from the ground up.
The Opportunity:
This is more than managing a floor—this is your opportunity to architect a world-class manufacturing culture. You won't just maintain existing processes; you will define our standards, scale line capacity up to 200 vehicles per week, and lead a dedicated team driving American craftsmanship.
What You Will Do:
Lead with Purpose: Oversee daily assembly, service, and quality control (QC) operations on the production floor, inspiring a culture of operational excellence.
Scale Capacity: Optimize assembly lines to meet dynamic weekly production schedules and consistently build a high volume of quality vehicles.
Build and Empower the Team: Hire, train, and mentor a top-tier assembly crew capable of scaling throughput to 200 vehicles per week.
Establish the Standard: Implement structured SOPs, zero-defect quality standards, and rigorous safety guidelines across all assembly lines.
Foster Quality Culture: Champion real-time troubleshooting to eliminate defects and ensure every vehicle leaving our facility meets our high standards.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner cross-functionally with Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations leaders to streamline end-to-end throughput.

Who You Are:
Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
Deep knowledge of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) methodologies (e.g., continuous improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, root cause analysis).
Strong technical and professional knowledge of automotive, Powersports, or electrical vehicle mechanics.
Outstanding organization, scheduling, planning, and prioritization skills.
