Benefits/Perks Employee Discounts Paid Sick LeaveHealth Insurance Supplemental Insurance available for Life and Disability Insurance 401 K (after one year)ESSENTIAL DUTIES in Maintenance Department (Custodian Associates) (responsibilities include, but are not limited to) Maintains cleanliness of work area, storage area, and selling floorEnsures a safe and secure work environment Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers Replace burnt out light bulbs Refill restroom dispensers Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum carpets Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments Must clean and sanitize work areas Customer Service: Providing premier customer service, including greeting them and responding to questions Engaging in suggestive selling and other sales techniques Meets or exceeds Department's sales goals assigned through the efficient execution of Company policies and procedures Maintains cleanliness of work area, storage area, and selling floorEnsures a safe and clean work environment Cross Training: Store Support Associates exemplify teamwork and are open to and willing to be trained and step in when needed in all departments and similar skilled areas for filling and development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferredMust be 18 or older to use sharp knives, use ladders, scaffolds or their substitutes, substitutes above 6 feet in height, and to operate or assist in operating power-driven machinery or equipment. Must be able to use job related equipment such as a stepping ladder, mop, and push carts No experience required, but a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar work environment is preferred Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Janitor, or Custodian is preferredMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds without aid
