About the role

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Services Manager to lead site construction planning, cost modeling, logistics, and design implementation as a key partner in growing our Pre-Development Services team. You will prepare fee proposals, coordinate with vendors, manage schedules in Microsoft Project, and mentor staff. Travel to client meetings and project sites is required. A strong background in large-scale landscape construction and design-build processes is essential.
