Job Description:
Job Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently. You should have an interest in a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing company of 17 years. We are a tight-knit organization that values its employees. Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions. Calibrate HVAC systems for optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed. As a candidate you must: Have a positive attitude and be service minded. Customer service is the backbone of our company. Present yourself well, be capable of interacting with customers and staff via verbal and written correspondence to include repair, job status, and work orders. Possess a solid work ethic and have a high standard for yourself and respect for others. Be able to work in all types of weather conditions. Ability to carry and climb ladders to access rooftops, with a strong focus on safety. Be physically fit and able to squat, lift and carry 50 lbs. What do you need? A valid driver's license Authorization to work in the USAt least 3 years of field experience as light commerical/residential HVAC technician Willingness TO LEARN
