Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Franchise Marketing Manager to help elevate local marketing performance across our growing national network. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, supporting franchisees systemwide while managing relationships with our external agency partners. You’ll act as the central liaison between franchisees, the corporate marketing team, and agency partners (PPC, SEO, and Web Development), ensuring every location’s marketing is optimized, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, systems builder, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth franchise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Support & Execution Serve as the primary marketing contact for franchisees, addressing questions, requests, and escalations efficiently and consistently. Lead recurring group marketing calls, webinars, and systemwide communications to review performance, share updates, and provide actionable insights. Provide consultative guidance on local advertising opportunities, campaign optimization, and community engagement strategies. Manage access and permissions for digital platforms including Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profiles, and local ad accounts. Ensure all franchise marketing activities meet brand and compliance standards while supporting performance goals. Agency & Vendor Collaboration Serve as the key point of contact between franchisees and agency partners (PPC, SEO, and Web Dev) to streamline communication and ensure timely execution. Partner with agencies to optimize local campaigns, improve lead generation, and achieve measurable performance outcomes. Evaluate agency performance and make recommendations that strengthen results and franchisee satisfaction. Support the rollout of new marketing initiatives and technologies through coordinated agency and franchise communications. Frameworks, Systems & Scalability Develop, refine, and maintain scalable marketing SOPs, playbooks, and training materials that equip franchisees with proven strategies. Support new franchise openings by ensuring access to marketing platforms, toolkits, and onboarding resources. Identify high-performing local strategies and best practices, and roll them out systemwide to improve consistency and impact. Analytics & Reporting Track and report key marketing KPIs across franchise and system levels, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Aggregate agency data and internal analytics into digestible reports for leadership and franchise network visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in marketing execution.
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in multi-location or franchise environments Proven success collaborating with external marketing agencies (PPC, SEO, or Web Dev)Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profiles, and digital ad platforms Experience developing scalable systems, resources, and frameworks that drive measurable growth Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to inform marketing strategy Franchise or field marketing experience is a major plus, but not required
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries
