About the role

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a Medical Director physician for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Lake City, FL. The role targets an MD or DO with PM&R or internal medicine background and inpatient rehab experience to oversee medical management and care plans. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday with 5–8 hours onsite daily, offering strong compensation ($300k–$375k), clinical autonomy, and teamwork with an experienced interdisciplinary staff.
