About the role

What You Will Own Corporate business systems Own the technical scope, roadmap, and health of NetSuite, HubSpot and marketing systems, HRIS, and Legal systems, including configuration, release management, vendor relationships, and licensing. Design and govern the integration architecture between these systems so that data flows reliably, without duplicate entry or manual reconciliation. Establish system ownership, change control, access management, and documentation standards that scale as the company grows. Manage the business systems budget and vendor portfolio, and consolidate or replace tools where it improves cost, security, or usability. Middle-office AI and enterprise metrics Build and lead the AI capability for the middle office, automating workflows and configuring systems across Corporate Services and the Growth Office. Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions that give leadership every metric needed to run the organization, including financial performance, utilization, pipeline and bookings, client retention and profitability, headcount, and operational KPIs. Create a unified data foundation (data model, semantic layer, and metric definitions) that connects system data into consistent, governed metrics with a single definition of truth. Deploy AI tools such as natural-language querying, agentic workflows, automated reporting, and anomaly detection so that leaders get answers in real time. Identify high-value automation opportunities across all corporate services functions. Put AI governance in place covering data privacy, access controls, auditability, and responsible use, with particular care for confidential client and financial information. M&A integration and onboarding Lead the business systems workstream for acquisitions, from diligence through full integration. Build a repeatable playbook for assessing target systems, migrating data, consolidating onto our platforms, and retiring legacy tools on a predefined timeline. What You Bring Required 12 or more years in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT, including at least 5 years leading teams and owning a multi-system portfolio. Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite plus meaningful exposure to FP&A platforms, HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform, and HRIS systems (such as Paylocity or Workday). Proven track record designing and managing integrations using iPaaS tools (such as Workato, Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft) and APIs. Demonstrated experience building AI or data solutions that delivered measurable business value, such as LLM-powered workflows, automation, predictive analytics, or conversational analytics on enterprise data. Strong data skills, including data modeling, warehousing (such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks), SQL, and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Experience leading systems integration for acquisitions, including data migration and platform consolidation. Solid understanding of finance and professional services operations, such as quote to cash, revenue recognition, project accounting, and utilization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and explain technical tradeoffs clearly.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
