Document Control Specialist The Document Control Specialist is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining the organization's documents and records to ensure accuracy, proper version control, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees both digital and physical documentation systems, ensuring secure storage, efficient retrieval, and controlled distribution of sensitive information. The position supports operational, engineering, construction, and pharmaceutical functions. Key duties include auditing documents, managing workflows, and ensuring secure access to data.
Key Responsibilities: Manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records. Ensure document accuracy, proper version control, and regulatory compliance. Oversee digital and physical documentation systems. Maintain secure storage and ensure efficient retrieval of documents. Control the distribution of sensitive and confidential information. Conduct document audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage document workflows and approval processes. Ensure secure access to data and maintain document security protocols. Support operational, engineering, construction, and pharmaceutical documentation requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree (2-year) in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field, plus experience in document control, records management, or a related administrative function. Knowledge of document management systems and version control processes. Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
