About the role

Serving as the senior relationship and strategy owner for one to two high-value enterprise clients, the full-time Strategic Account Director will manage executive-level client interactions, develop long-term account strategies, and drive retention and growth while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead executive client conversations and maintain trusted partnerships with senior marketing leadership Develop and execute long-term account strategies, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations Own client retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with client business objectives Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in agency client services or strategic account management focused on performance media Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and driving revenue outcomes Direct experience with programmatic media strategy across various digital channels at the executive level Fluency in major DSPs and understanding of supply-path optimization and brand safety standards Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with experience leading integrated teams
