About the role
Ryder System, Inc. in California seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical ER guidance to managers and employees, conduct HR investigations, and advise on disciplinary actions and termination in line with policies and laws. You will partner with Operations Management, HRBPs, Labor Relations and Legal teams to resolve complex situations, monitor trends, and reduce legal exposure while delivering strong HR support regionally.
