Service Writer San Diego Motorsports DBA: Fun Bike Center is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced full time Service Writer to join our team. We represent the following brands in our San Diego location: HONDA, YAMAHA, KAWASAKI, SUZUKI, BRP / CAN-AM AND ARTIC CAT.Our product lines include motorcycles, watercraft, Side by Sides, ATV's and generators. We value long term relationships with our customers and staff, and are looking for candidates with a passion for powersports, great attitude, and outstanding work ethic. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Writing service repair orders Interact with technicians Manage service jobs in progress Ongoing communication with customers, suppliers and OEM factories Sales driven/ meet monthly sales goals
Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills Basic motorsports knowledge Strong sales skills and communication skills - written and verbal Ability to work Saturdays (5 day work week)Must be organized, have a positive attitude, and driven to help customers Ability to use the web as a resource Clean driving record and current California driver's license Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus. We work hard, but have fun doing it. Very competitive hourly pay plus commission
