About the role: This is primarily an inside sales position with regular travel to visit customers and attend offroad events. You’ll be responsible for growing sales in an assigned territory by strengthening existing dealer relationships and bringing new customers on board.
What you’ll do: Build and execute a multi-state territory sales plan to achieve revenue goals. Identify, prospect, and acquire new dealer accounts. Grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up, product education, and upselling and cross-selling. Monitor account performance, identify sales declines, and develop recovery plans. Deliver responsive customer service and help resolve customer issues. Track customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Maintain accurate, timely CRM records and sales reporting. Collaborate with teammates to achieve company goals.
What you’ll bring: Experience in sales, account management, or territory management. Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Good organization, reliable follow-through, and problem-solving ability. A customer-focused approach and a team-oriented attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus comfort using a CRM.Willingness to travel regularly. An interest in the offroad or powersports industry. Ready to help grow Valor Offroad?
