Office Manager About Bullion Packs Bullion Packs is a growing company in the coins and precious metals industry based in Boca Raton, Florida. Our team manages a fast-moving operation involving sales, inventory, shipping, fulfillment, and customer support. We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
The Office Manager will help keep our office and day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll work directly with the owners and team across customer support, bookkeeping, inventory, scheduling, vendors, shipping, and general office administration. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and direct exposure to a growing business. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, think creatively, and help improve how we operate. Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule:
Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility to arrange a schedule that includes weekends.

What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day office organization and administrative needs Manage customer support, including questions, order issues, shipping concerns, and follow-ups Maintain bookkeeping and financial records in Quick Books Organize invoices, expenses, purchases, receipts, and company records Maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and internal records Track inventory, purchases, incoming products, and supplies Coordinate team, streaming, and shipping schedules Communicate with vendors and coordinate orders and deliveries Help coordinate shipping and order fulfillment Assist with projects and process improvements Work directly with the owners on day-to-day priorities
What We’re Looking For:
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Good judgment, professionalism, and follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Willing and able to work in Quick Books; prior experience is a plus Professional communication with customers and vendors Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems 2–5+ years of professional office experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Experience in coins or precious metals is useful but not required.
