đ¨ Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Clerkđ Location: New Haven, CTđ Schedule: MondayâFriday | 8:00 AMâ4:00 PMđ
Duration: 4â5 Month Contract | Extension or Conversion Likely We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily mailroom, shipping, receiving, and supply management activities in an office/warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages⢠Pack and prepare materials for domestic and international shipment⢠Apply postage, weigh, sort, and stage shipments⢠Track shipments and assist with damaged or misdirected packages⢠Maintain shipping/postal equipment and supplies⢠Manage inventory, restocking, and supply distribution⢠Support mass-mailing activities and address verification⢠Maintain usage records and prepare monthly reports
Requirements:
⢠Entry-level candidates are welcome⢠Ability to read and follow safety policies, procedures, and instructions⢠Strong organizational and communication skills⢠Ability to work effectively in a team environment⢠Valid Driverâs License is requiredđŠ Interested?
