About the role

Job Description: Bilingual English/Spanish, both spoken and written fluency, required. Minimum 1 year experience in a busy front desk/front office setting and exceptionalcustomer service experience required. Position reports directly to the Office Manager. Punctuality, regular attendance required. Office hours: M-Th: 8:45AM – 5:00PM, F: 8:45AM – 12PM.Presents a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor as the “face” of our organization, making a great first impression to callers, visitors, and team members. Business Casual attire required. Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills areessential as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Adobe, and othersoftware platforms as needed. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Takes ownership of role, self-motivated, and exhibits initiative to assist Office Managerand other Managers/Team Members when needed. Answer busy, multiline phone system and general customer inquiries, and directing toappropriate staff member when needed, and ability to take and relay phone messages. Ring Central or similar VOIP system preferred. Experience in CINC System or other similar accounting/community maintenance system, preferred but not required. Experience in monitoring multiple email accounts and composing business emails andmemos. Sort and distribute daily mail, record and distribute incoming packages. Maintains cleanliness of front desk and lobby, including maintaining front desk officesupplies. Assist Office Manager with tasks such as office printer maintenance, maintaining anddistributing office lists, breakroom supply ordering, maintenance requests, distribution ofpool / gate access cards for community residents.
