About the role
Our client, a fast growing freight forwarder is seeking experienced Business Development professionals with a strong background in International Freight Forwarding. These roles are fully remote and focused on driving new revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales of end-to-end international freight forwarding solutions, including air, ocean, import/export, road freight, and warehousing Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market development Consistently achieve and surpass assigned revenue and growth target Develop and present competitive pricing and tailored logistics solutions for customers Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build visibility and generate new leads Requirement Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping Proven success selling international air and ocean freight services Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills Hunter mentality with a consultative, solution-driven sales approach Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships Existing book of business or established industry contacts required Willingness to travel as required
