Johnny's Selected Seeds in Fairfield, ME seeks a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to support customers in English and Spanish across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will enter orders, provide product recommendations, and assist with account updates and catalog requests. We offer full-time onsite work with a starting wage of $18.54/hour plus a $1.00/hour bilingual differential, plus shift differentials and performance-based bonuses. Prior experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
