About the role

Job Description: The Machinist will report to the Manufacturing Manager and operate equipment including auto power presses, power presses, spring machines, and grinding machines to produce gun parts and medical supplies. This role will perform in-process inspections while supporting accurate, efficient, and well-maintained machining operations.
Responsibilities: Set up and operate auto power presses, power presses, spring machines, and grinding machines. Perform manual machining operations to produce gun parts and medical supplies. Read and interpret blueprints to support accurate machining and part production. Select appropriate tools for machining operations. Conduct in-process inspections to verify product quality and conformance. Perform routine machine maintenance. Operate machining equipment safely and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in machining. Blueprint reading experience. Knowledge of precision measurement. Experience operating machining equipment. Experience performing machine maintenance.
