Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Flexible (primarily weekday afternoons & evenings, plus optional weekends)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Location: In-home sessions (clients matched within 30 minutes of your location)Caseload: Build gradually to fit your availability
Responsibilities: Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play Collect light session data using your phone or tablet Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors
Requirements: Reliable transportation Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor)Working phone or tablet to collect session data Ability to pass Federal and State background checks Valid form of IDBilingual (Spanish-English)
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, psychology, child development, etc.)
Preferred: Experience with the DIRFloortime® model Experience (1+ year required)Childcare (babysitting, daycare, preschool teacher, assistant teacher)Special education (educational settings, special needs)Developmental intervention (early intervention)Autism interventions (RBT/Behavioral technician, autism support specialist, ABA therapist, other DIRFloortime experience
