About the role
To enhance provider relations and engagement, the full-time remote Provider Network Sales Representative will recruit healthcare practices, manage accounts, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize service offerings and market presence.
Key responsibilities
Engage with a diverse range of healthcare practices to secure contracts and foster relationships
Analyze program performance and develop strategies to improve physician participation in Vatica's programs
Support collaboration with health plan clients to design and evaluate provider networks
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in a health system or primary care practice
5+ years of provider engagement and/or sales experience
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with group practices and providers
Experience with sales/network development interfacing with payers and practice managers
Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM is preferred
