We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionStrong domain understanding and consultation of Banking and Regulatory CompliancesAt least 4 years of experience with OFSAAI E2E architecting and implementing OFSAA FSDW solutionAt least 4 years of experience in Business consulting in Indian Regulatory Reporting and Indian Banking Sector.Experience in defining solution fitment and ability to drive an independent project from a Consulting stand pointAnalytical skills and capabilities to conduct fit gap assessmentAbility to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical SpecificationAt least 2 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teamsStrong understanding in Banking Domain, F inancial Statement Analysis, Certification in FRM would be added advantageCustomer orientation and customer facing skills.Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations.QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience within the IT Sector.Additional Information** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
